Post-excavation Project Assistant

Job DescripionWe are looking to increase the number of project assistants in the post-excavation team. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to a range of post-excavation tasks. They should have demonstrable experience in finds and environmental processing and be reliable and flexible. There may occasionally be a need to undertake fieldwork.
Minimum Requirements▪Experience with processing finds and artefacts
▪Experience with processing environmental samples
▪Knowledge of the archiving process
▪Ideally you will have 3-6 months experience in a post-excavation position
▪Ideally would have field work experience
▪Varied archaeological experience
▪Good knowledge of British archaeology
▪Knowledge of Health & Safety considerations pertaining to archaeology
▪Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
▪Current UK driving licence preferred

Salary: £26,002.67 to £27,489.13 Dependant on experience
